Canada Day at Fort Edmonton Park

on Dominion Day, myself and a few friends ventured to the historic Fort Edmonton Park. This was the first time I had ever been there. I thought I'd try and capture some of this history in a different way....

Tom + Shera's Wedding!

  Oh Tom and Shera. What a lovely couple. Up in the mountains of Pyramid Lake Island, Jasper, Alberta, this couple said their wedding vows. Being it is a public venue we had to delay the wedding by an hour because another wedding party beat us there. As if they weren't anxious enough already! But they both held it together and it just so happened that the sun came out as the bride was walking down the aisle so it was really a blessing in disguise.
   Here are some of their wedding photos. I had such a blast doing this wedding and loved working with the couple and their wedding party. You guys were great, so thank-you!

we stopped for ice cream during the photos so i shot a few fun ones

the reception was held in a large gazebo by a horse stable where the head table was surrounded by tables in a cirle and a campfire in the middle.
